AIR-LOC CUSHION PACKAGING
Air-Loc offers the popular 400mm wide film with smaller bubbles for increased strength and reinforcement for commercial and light industrial packing applications:
- 290mmx 400mm HDPE bubble type cushion pack
This film is manufactured using triple layered virgin HDPE and is 100% recyclable (02).
Rolls are available in 200m lengths and have the proprietary core to fit in the AL-04 PLUS air cushion machine.

AIR-LOC CUSHION PACKAGING
Air-Loc offers one popular and versatile size suitable for almost all E-Commerce packing applicaitons:
- 100mmx 200mm HDPE cushion pack
This film is manufactured using triple layered virgin HDPE and is completely recyclable (02).
Rolls are available in 300m lenghts and have the proprietary core to fit in the AL-04 PLUS air cushion machine.
Create your own On Demand Air Cushion / Pillow Packs with the AL-04-PLUS AIR-LOC Air cushion machine for fast void fill packing applications. The AL-04-PLUS is desk mounted and simple to operate, creating continuous strips of Air Cushion/ Pillow packs without the need for an external supply of compressed air.
The AL-04-PLUS machine has a control panel allowing you to adjust the speed, inflation and sealing temperature settings, making it incredibly versatile.
